Paulaner Munich Helles

A Czech larger brewed in Plzen, Czech Republic Pilsner Urquell is
the original Pilsner and the first pale larger
beer, making it the inspiration for much of the beer produced in the world today.
This one will really float your Goat. Kozel is a premium Czech lager brewed
in the small village of Velke Popovice since 1874. This is one of our lower strength
draughts, making it a perfect session beer.
Peroni Nastro Azzuro
The classic Italian premium export lager, a blend of hops, Barley
and Italian Maize combine for a clean, crisp and refreshing finish.
This drink isn’t for beguiness, a dry Irish stout with a unique burnt
flavour given off by malted barley and roasted unmalted barley.
Recognisable worldwide and the biggest selling beer in Ireland.
Handcrafted sparkling apple cider created from 100% Kentish apples.
Yowler gets its name from a centuries old ceremony of wassailing, where
bad spirits are driven from the orchard and good ones are welcomed in.
Sounds a bit like our door policy.
Burning Sky – Arise
Red sky at night, shepherds delight. Burning sky at morning, you’ve probably got a problem.
A session IPA featuring peach, pine and resinous hop flavours.
A small-batch beer crafted in the South Downs.
Beavertown – Gamma Ray
A juicy, tropical APA, filled with aromas of mango and grapefruit. Brewed in Tottenham Hale,
Beavertown’s Gamma Ray is hop heavy giving a crisp, dry finish.
Sharps – Doom bar
Is it an ale? Is it a goth metal band? You decide. A Cornish ALE (you were wrong)
with an aroma of resinous hop, sweet malt and roasted notes with a taste of dried
fruit, malt and subtle bitterness.
Some of our favourite local breweries also take their place amongst our draught selection, these include;
Gadds – No.5
Traditional ale brewed in Ramsgate, East Kent with tastes of red berries,
a little toffee and liquorice. A bitter with an aroma of toffee malt and fresh green hops, a bitter ale.
Old Dairy – Green Hop
The Old Dairy brewery is nestled in the market town of Tenterden, Kent. Green Hop is an occasional
beer, brewed at the end of September, coinciding with hop picking time. As they are situated in the
heart of hop growing country these hops get straight into the beer in under 12 hours, resulting in a
very fresh and perfectly hopped beer.
With fourteen taps, we like to rotate our beers. Keep your eyes peeled for seasonal, local beers in time for Christmas and other festive events. Recurrent brewers include but are not limited to; Siren, Gispy Hill and the Wild Beer Company.
Our bar is stocked with a range of over seventy spirits and containing twenty-five gins, many of which are updated and rotated. Amongst these are Kentish favourites Anno, through to aromatic premium gins such as Opihr and Warner Edwards rhubarb gin, made using a crop of rhubarb grown in Queen Victoria’s kitchen garden.
To accompany your spirits, you will find a collection of Fever Tree and Schweppes tonics and mixers.
