Our aim is to create a Kentish pub and restaurant with a reputation for fine feasting and warm hospitality. Our menu, created by Head Chef Robert Clements uses the freshest, seasonal produce to bring you what is truly the best from Field & Sea. All of our dishes are cooked to order and use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Look out for our specials boards which change weekly.
Alongside our rotational menu The Pullman is proud to present our ever evolving bar. Featuring over fourteen carefully chosen craft beers and ales on draught as well as a vast selection of bottled and canned small-batch beverages.
